My belief stays simple.
1. Child is the heart of the matter.
2. AI should never replace teacherโ€™s heart.

data from World Economic Forum

The World Economic Forum notes that 39 percent of core skills will change by 2030. This shift calls for students who understand themselves, work well with others, and make responsible choices. Future proof skills grow from character. Skills grow when purpose anchors them.

Large companies point in the same direction. Google and Microsoft highlight listeners, problem solvers, and teammates who care about others. They look for empathy, judgment, and collaboration.

During my workshop, "AI with Heart - Using Technology to Strengthen Students' Social Emotional Skills", I shared tools that help students strengthen these abilities.

โ€ข Microsoft Reflect, guide students to notice emotions and understand themselves.

โ€ข Google Classroom and Gemini, design learning that builds empathy and responsibility.

โ€ข Flint, support reflection, goal setting, and stronger collaboration.

The audience added powerful insights. Many spoke with a desire to shape people, not performance.

AI can connect the dots, but only you can connect the people. Technology can make learning faster, but only teachers make learning meaningful.
