Femi Ardianingtias
Senior Trainer / CICTL Programme Leader
Femi is a certified Programme Leader for the Cambridge International Certificate in Teaching and Learning (CICTL) and currently leads the programme at the William Soeryadjaya Academy for Teaching Excellence.
She brings over 20 years of experience in both formal and non-formal education, with a strong focus on SPK schools in Indonesia. Her teaching spans all levels—from preschool to senior high school—and includes over a decade in leadership roles, including six years as Kepala Sekolah.
Cyndia Leow
Senior Trainer / Principal Consultant
Cyndia is an experienced educator with a rich background in teaching and leadership across Singapore, Australia, and Indonesia.
She has served as an Educational Technology Officer at Singapore’s Ministry of Education, led professional development at an SPK school in Indonesia, and was Deputy Director of Humanities at a private school in Australia—where she championed ICT integration, Inquiry-Based Learning (IBL), and tools like GIS, Plickers, and CPS. Now based in Melbourne, she owns a tuition centre.
Hanifah
Senior Trainer / Clinical Psychologist
Hanifah is the founder and director of Peony Kids Centre. She is a certified Clinical Psychologist and doctoral candidate at Atma Jaya University.
With expertise in Therapeutic Play, she is a member of the American Psychological Association and Play Therapy International. She has led numerous workshops for schools and parents on counselling, classroom management, and parenting.
Taufeek
Senior Trainer / Educational Technology Coach
Taufeek is a seasoned, technology-savvy educator with over 20 years of experience in international education, particularly within Cambridge and Australian curriculum frameworks.
Certified by Google, Microsoft, and Apple, Taufeek has led trainings on blended learning, self-directed learning, and AI in the classroom. He’s known for making complex ideas simple, helping teachers build real confidence with new tools and approaches they can use right away.
